Dutch affiliate network M4N has a trip planned for their top affiliates to the Affiliate Summit 2011 in Las Vegas (USA). The trip includes a flight and hotel. Affiliates can get a invitation, when the have a very high growth in sales or get a wild card.
More affiliate networks have trips, like Daisycon. They not only have a affiliate trip at the end of the year, but they organize something like that more often.
I would prefer better communication and payment, over more trips. Perhaps all those networks can concentrate on that. Not that M4N or Daisycon donĀ“t respond, i think that is a general problem. The networks all try to keep the advertisors happy …
Too many times a affiliate network does not respond to email about trackingproblems, neither does the advertisor respond. Seems normal to me that an affiliate gets payed. Not only a trip to compensate the loss. With the compensation (or better: great working tracking!!) we can buy our own trip. Think that is about soo much money that we can travel around the world!
